Apply the solution topically on your skin. Use a plastic wrap to cover the treated areas and let it stay for 30 minutes to an hour. Do this after having a shower every day.
After the recommended number of minutes, remove the plastic wrap and rinse. Dry and apply your brand of moisturizer.
- Ground Coffee
Experts say that drinking coffee along with eating oily and salty foods can cause cellulite. However, studies done on coffee grounds show that when this powder is massaged on the skin, it can enhance blood flow.
In turn, the areas where cellulite develop are drained of wastes and water. Ground coffee can reduce the appearance of cellulite as well.
You can mix coffee ground with carrier oil such as that of almond. Use the mixture to massage the affected areas. This is best done after taking a shower.
Make sure you have lined the floor of your bathroom to avoid mess. After applying the mixture, cover your thighs and hips with a plastic wrap.
Leave on for 30 minutes to an hour. Voila! You just had an effective natural treatment for cellulite that costs you nothing compared to your anti-cellulite cream.
